It’s finally done! Many of the recipes were first translated from English to Spanish, then expanded to feed up to 31 sometimes, then changed or added to by Rosa, then translated back into English, reduced in quantities and there you have it! Many of the recipes are Rosa’s. Even if some of these didn’t start out to be hers, she always added something that changed it, improved it and made it her own.  All your favorite soups are in ther and much more. I s also full of photos of the place we loved so much. The price of the book is $26 which includes postage in USA. The proceeds go entirely to  Rosa and Juan to help them open a restaurant in the Caleta area.
