The customer, realizing this, agrees  to hold FLYING COLORS blameless for any damage due to an act of negligence of the hotel, carrier, restaurant, company or person rendering  services included in the tour. Further, no responsibility is accepted by FLYING COLORS for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage,  labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraint, weather or any other causes beyond its control. We do recommend  trip insurance which you purchase from your travel agent. If we have to cancel a workshop for lack of people, we do not take responsibility for  airline tickets that you have purchased.
