$500 deposit for painter and $500 for non-painter for EACH workshop you plan to attend. The money will
be refunded less $100 per person service charge if you need to cancel up to 60 days before the beginning day. After that
day refunds only when spot is taken by someone else. Balance is due 60 days before workshop.

Office Hours: 9 am—4 pm, (CO/Mountain Time), Monday-Thursday only. We are closed Fridays, weekends and all
holidays. Messages left on off hours will be answered when we are back in the office.
Limit of Liability: By signing this, the customer acknowledges that travel, especially travel to foreign countries, contains
inherent risks which may result in delay, rerouting or changing itinerary, theft, cancellation, sickness, injury
or death. The customer, realizing this, agrees to hold FLYING COLORS blameless for any damage due to an act of negligence of
the hotel, carrier, restaurant, company or person rendering services included in the tour. Further,
no responsibility is accepted by FLYING COLORS for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown,
quarantine, government restraint, weather or any other causes beyond its control. We do recommend trip insurance which you purchase from
your travel agent. If we have to cancel a workshop for lack of people, we do not take responsibility for airline tickets that you have purchased.
No refunds for no-shows, early departures or deviations made by you to the trip. We do not guarantee roommates.
If you requested a roommate & none is available you will be responsible for single supplement fee.
